My husband and I are planning to visit Croatia to look at properties in Jan 2005. We have never been to Croatia before but are hoping to live there permanent should we find what we want.
I am a legal secretary and I know how important it is to find a good solicitor and I am very wary of using a Solicitor recommended by an Estate Agent!! How do we go about finding a good Solicitor?
Also my husband is Norwegian and I am British will either of us need a Visa to visit Croatia or live there?
I hope you can help!!

Neither of you will need a visa for visiting.
We are checking for you the situation regarding buying anything in the name of a Norwegian citizen. For UK citizens it will not be a problem.
Our legal department does property related legal work throughout Croatia, even if we are not selling the property.
