Please can you help with a PDV question.
I am currently building a project which is described in the project and on the sign at the site as 'OBITELJSKA KUCA'. The revenue initially tried to contest reclaming PDV because it was a described as above, but we argued that the buildings will ultimately be used for lettings and we are reclaiming PDV. I'm not totally convinced we are in the clear and I am concerned that this may be contested again at the end of the project.
The project was bought and is being developed through a Limited Co (DOO)
Please can you help clarify what the rules are in this situation.
