...I ask because it looks useable, but is not translated into english, besides the workflow pages. once you get into the documents, they're all in Croatian. I speak Croatian but am not familiar with all of the technical words so I'll spend forever using the dictionary.
Please answer with any advice, experience, warnings, etc.

The site is an encouraging start by the Croatian government to streamlining company procedure. I haven't used it before. I've had a quick look. It does still seem a bit quirky.

A lot of the links won't work. It looks as if it is not optimised for all browsers. I use Opera as IE is not very secure and I suspect that Microsoft has cut some deal with the Croatian government to only optimise it for that. The court website has the same defect.
