The Dalmatian city of Split is the best place in Croatia to live and work, that is according to Forbes magazine's annual list of the Top 20 Croatian Towns to Live and Work in...
Eleven towns on Croatia's stunning Adriatic coast made the top 20 this year, which analysed 127 towns in the country. In second place was the capital Zagreb, followed by Rovinj, Poreč and Rijeka. Croatia's most recognisable city internationally - Dubrovnik - was ranked in 6th spot. Istria got five out of the top twenty, with two, Rovinj and Porec in the top four, ahead of Dubrovnik.
