ensuring Croatia property is covered in will

Hi There

My partner and I (both UK citizens) have recently purchased a property in Croatia.

Does anyone have any experience/legal advice with regard to making sure the Croatian property features in our wills? We have all of our UK possesions and house included but want to ensure our second home is too.

Sorry for the delay. I'm getting a definitive answer for you on this. I think that unless you have a will, inheritance will follow a Croatian default system, dividing it equally amongst any children. Ksenija will know for sure. If she doesn't post here you could try her directly on [e-mail]
