Good news for Scottish investors!
As of the 30th of May until Oct 2006, Globe Span start flying direct from Glasgow & Edinburgh to Pula in Istria every Tuesday. Pula is only half an hour to most of our properties. At the moment depending on which week you choose a typical ONE WAY fair varies from £39.99 - £69.99 plus tax.

Just a slight update Peter. The Tuesday flight is at 0600 from Glasgow returneing ex pula at 1030. The Edinburgh flight is on a Sunday departing EDI at 1610 and returning ex Pula at 2040.
By the time you add on TFC and fuel surcharge and credit ard surcharge the return fare is not fantastic, but it is a good start and is a viable alternative for those in Scotland.
We have set up transfer arrangements for these flights to the Lovran/Opatija/Rijeka areas and are in the provess of doing the same to Porec and surrounding areas.
Also new this summer are the recently anounced Wizz air flights from Luton to Zagreb - ideal for city breaks or those in the north who have use Ryanair from Graz in the past.

Thanks for that, Graham. I was told by Scottish clients who were delighted that they could come from an an airport half an hour away from their home in Scotland to an airport at this end that was only half an hour from the house they have bought. Previously they have been flying to Bergamo and driving from there. I could have used the Wizz flights myself four years ago when I was commuting out to Zagreb every second weekend! They contacted me two weeks ago re advertising with them.
