I am interested in purchasing land in the southern Dalmatian area and I have being told by one agency in particular that a certain plot of land that I am looking at can be built on straight away because it has an existing ruin on it.., Is this the case???. I have also being told that the new law states that 30% of a plot can be built on. Does anyone know if this 30% incorporates the entire building or if it is the ground floor area only???eg plot of land = 1000m2 can I build 300m2 grd floor area on three floors = 900m2, or does the 300m2 include for the entire building??
