Dear Sir, Thank you dearly for your forum, it is so informative.
My question is:
1. I own some parcels, ( inherited from my father ) in Dalmacia. At present the RJesenje ( from Katastar ) is updated with the proper name. I live in the US, how can I request directly, the Land Registry records of those parcels. I want to make sure all is clear on my name, before making the decision to invest or sell. Short of hiring a lawyer ( solicitor? ), I would not mind going thru the process myself. My wife and I are architects, and have some idea of what to expect in terms of red tape.
2. The maps at Katastar ( Prelslik Katastarskog Plana) seem to be the only drawings of the configuration of parcels. Or is there an office where I may obtain more accurate, drawings of each parcels with dimensions and bearings of property lines, ( short of hiring a geometar )
The General Urban plan only shows elevation contour lines and building locations ( seems like an aerial photo superimposed on topographical map ) .
And lastly, do you have updated information on the waterfront building restriction setback distance.
